Editorial Reviews: Prof. Wally Jay was born in Honolulu June 15, 1917. He holds a 10th dan in jujitsu and a sixth dan in judo. Highly respected by his peers, Jay was inducted into the Hall of Fame Black Belt in 1969 and 1990 for his contributions to martial arts and jujitsu. Jay has adopted various techniques from boxing, wrestling, judo, kung fu, weightlifting and jiu-jitsu and brought them together in what he called his small circle jujitsu-theory. Since 1979, Jay has devoted all his time to the small-circle jujitsu instruction, travel the world to promote his system.
