Add one grumpy djinn named Ian to the equation, and you're in for a treat. This book is the perfect blend of suspense, action, and comedy. It even has a tiny bit of romance. Not an easy combination to pull off, but the author nailed it. In a genre dominated by werewolves, vampires, and faeries a book about the djinn really stands out. If you're a fan of urban fantasy I'd recommend giving this book a try. I think you'll be glad you did.
