Battlestrike Shadow Of Stalingrad in August 1942, August 1942, the Nazis moved through much of Europe and now their attention is drawn to the mighty Soviet Union. German scientists have created a new and deadly chemical warfare agents. The key to victory - the fall of Stalingrad, a special Russian officer, you must go behind the Eastern front lines, to penetrate the circles of the Nazis and prevent them to this deadly weapon. World War II shooters are about as rare as sunny days in Arizona. So to really succeed in the genre, a game must either be innovative, particularly engrossing, or a little of both. City Interactives Battlestrike: Force of Resistance is none of the above. It doesnt compel you to run back to the computer to play it, it doesnt offer anything that makes you say, "Hey, I havent seen that before," and in fact its so short that veteran players will finish it in a single afternoon. Nevertheless, theres something about it that isnt entirely unlikeable.
