FOnline: 2238 will bring back to you the world of Fallout as you once knew it, only this time as a MMO-RPG hybrid. Cross the border where the unique game setting of the original Fallout & Fallout 2 games meets the unique MMO design.

FOnline: 2238 is a Fallout game based on the FOnline engine. Currently, it is only available in English. Other languages may be added later, since the engine supports this feature. The game is set in 2238, 3 years before Fallout 2. The world has been expanded and includes both the Fallout and Fallout 2 game areas.

NOTE: In order to play this you will needthe original Fallout 2 game.

Fallout: New Vegas takes place during the year 2281, three years after the estimated end of Fallout 3, and 204 years after the Great War of 2077, making this installment chronologically the latest in the series thus far. The game is set in post-apocalyptic Las Vegas, Nevada and the Mojave Desert known as the "Mojave Wasteland" which is roughly the same size as the "Capital Wasteland" in Fallout 3. Unlike other cities in the Fallout series, Las Vegas was not struck directly by a nuclear attack. Its buildings remain intact, and mutation of its inhabitants is minimal. The city is divided between various factions, most notably the New California Republic (NCR), the slave-driving Caesar's Legion, and the various factions of New Vegas itself. Landmarks featured in Fallout: New Vegas include the Hoover Dam that supplies power to the city and the Helios 1 solar energy plant.

At the end of the original Fallout, the hero Vault Dweller was exiled by the Vault Overseer for his prolonged exposure to the outside world. Unable to return home, the Vault Dweller with a group of willing companions travelled far north. Eventually they founded a tribal village called Arroyo in what is present-day Oregon and lived there for the rest of their lives. 80 years have passed since the original Fallout.
